Returning home, rested and feeling fitter than when you left can be easy if you plan a little time out of your holiday for fitness.

Learn a short programme of simple Taoist or Tibetan exercises, handed down from past times, which improve flexibility, co-ordination, concentration and balance.
For those who enjoy movement or dance, Tai Chi Yang or Xin Yi are short sequences executed in slow motion which develop muscle control, tone, co-ordination, concentration as well as balance in the mind and body.
